The hotel had a very central position next to restaurants and the garden area. The employees were pleasant and accommodating. There was lots of different options for continental breakfast.

We were pleased to find huge and updated rooms at this budget hotel. The venue's position was very central. You could walk to shopping centres and a bakery. Good restaurant served Japanese specialities.

The grounds are fine, with beautiful gardens and a lovely koi pond that my kids adored. Our room faced the back, ensuring a quiet atmosphere. The cleanliness of the room stood out. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The breakfast spread was awesome, with hot options like eggs and bacon, alongside a variety of cereals, which helped kick start our days. Although the pool area was a hit with my family, it could get a bit crowded during peak times. Parking spots filled up quickly during busy hours, so plan accordingly if you arrive later. We had some trouble locating hot water after hours, requiring a trip to the lobby. That was a bit inconvenient, but overall, our stay was enjoyable. I look forward to returning to explore more of the beautiful garden setting.

The first room that was assigned to us smelled of smoke (smoker's corner directly in front of the window). Instead we got the Master Suite without extra charge - spacious, clean, quiet, with kitchen and own living area.
The smell of smoke in the first room (223).

Had a room on the so-called park side. That was very quiet. On the other side of the street is a bar with decent food and drinks.
The breakfast was very simple but sufficient.

Family with children will love it
We booked one night in a king room and it was excellent. After arriving early, they hustled to get us a room ready, we appreciated that. We had fun at the pool while we waited. The room was spacious and clean and the dining space was perfect for our toddler. Had a great breakfast too. They even found my husband's earbuds and called us to pick them up. True honesty, that's rare these days.
Not the cheapest option but fair for what you get.

The indoor heated pool was fantastic for my two sons. They played nonstop! We also enjoyed a lovely grab-and-go breakfast. The staff ensured our stay was smooth and friendly, and we appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel.
My kids wished for more drink options, especially water in the room.

Booked a room with garden view. The breakfast was good with waffles and bacon and rock-hard muffins, had everything you could want. This accommodation was in the very central location close to ferry.

Gibsons Garden Hotel is lovely! Our room was clean, well-appointed with modern amenities, and featured a fine walk-in shower. The indoor pool looked inviting, and the patio area with the courtyard pond was beautiful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious.
We experienced slight noise from the hallway.

Comfortable double beds. The garden and pool areas are well cared for, and the grab-and-go breakfast included a variety of options to start the day. Access to hot water after hours was limited, requiring a trek to the lobby.

The indoor pool was lovely, complemented by beautifully landscaped gardens that created a serene atmosphere. Breakfast included delicious home-made jams. Parking could be limited, and the breakfast hours felt short for a hotel of this caliber. Staff occasionally seemed overwhelmed during peak hours, which affected response times.
